Kazushige Kobayashi is a Honjo International Scholarship Foundation Scholar at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. He has lived and worked in major global cities including New York, Washington, DC, Moscow, Geneva and Tokyo, and has given a series of lectures and invited talks at the Higher School of Economics (Russia), Tohoku University (Japan) and the Geneva Graduate Institute.
