Seong-ik Oh

Seong-ik Oh is the director general of Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. He earned a Ph.D. from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Oh launched Korea’s Ocean Strategy 2030 during his tenure at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. He is a seasoned lecturer on international political economy and recently published a book on energy investment.
